Refunds & Returns
Returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted due to everything being made to order. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
• If your item is received faulty or damaged then we will exchange it for a new undamaged item after reviewing photographic evidence which must be provided showing the fault as soon as it is received
• We hold no responsibility for damages in transport, but we can pass on details from the courier for you to claim compensation.
